Existing dashboards were too static for real scenario work and too inconsistent to trust.

What we built

We added a semantic layer, curated notebook templates and straightforward governance so buyers could explore pricing questions safely.

Instead of self-serve meaning chaos, it became a constrained system with clear definitions and repeatable workflows.
